The hotel's location is convenient, just off the main tourist area, the Kuching Waterfront. the hotel room was functional, good sized, and had a view.

Its location was strategic, just next door to riverside, Kuching Waterfront, and Sarawak river. Also, Hounslow Urban Farm was 4 km away.

Facilities were good, but Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

I appreciated deluxe double room with a king size bed and a single bed. Location: the hotel was very close to the center of town and many restaurants. The atmosphere created was quiet.

The deluxe triple room with a view is a great value compared to other choices in the area.

The place was very good value for money. The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a pretty nice area, right by the cat statue, the Sarawak river and the city centre, which is within a walking distance. The staff was pleasant, incredible. Got satisfactory breakfasts and overall had a fine stay overall for 1 night Satisfying. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a vibrant Chinese temple...

Very nice large room - 1 Queen and 1 single. Aging hotel, but value for money. Location about 10-15min walk from waterfront. Pool is OK, not huge. Good breakfast included.

Decor aging, bathrooms need some modernisation - but more than adequate.

The location of this place is convenient, close to the city center, and it offers a picturesque view of the harbor; there is also a nice restaurant nearby called Tulio.

Housekeeping was excellant, rooms were very clean

The fish and chips were of poor standard, purchased in an empty restraurant and took 40mins to cook.

Hotel staff srvicing are good and very freindly, act to every request and question very soon and satisfaction.

There is no shutter to transfer from hotel to city center or nearby shopping location and interest place.

It's a high-quality place with friendly staff, particularly the doorman, and offers a wide selection of affordable breakfast options.

This place offers bright and spotlessly clean rooms with great views, in a convenient location near the Hill and local restaurants.

Everything worked and for the price the facilities such as internet access and breakfast were good. It is just that the whole place is getting on in years and is a bit 70's like me.

location right by coffee shops and eateries, the center of town, and a cafe famous for laksa. for tea or coffee visit munch cafe nearby.

Wi-Fi connection was slow.
